Model SHEM78ZH5N has a clock feature and yes it automatically keeps the correct time. I attribute that to the wi-fi connection. Which is the only value of having wi-fi, in my opinion. We don't use wi-fi for anything else.

When the dishwasher is switched on for the first time, the time starts at 12:00 o’clock. Instructions for setting the time can be found on page 12 of the Use & Care manual. The clock would not automatically adjust for daylight saving time and you would need to reset the time after a power failure. Thank you for considering Bosch!
