The oven modes in the upper cavity include Bake, Variable Broil (hi & low), Roast, Warm, Sabbath, Proof Dough, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Pizza, Convection Multi Rack, Convection Conversion, Temperature Probe, and Fast Preheat. The lower cavity features the following heating modes: Bake, Variable Broil (hi & low), Roast, Warm, and Sabbath. The upper oven includes 1 telescopic and 2 standard oven racks, and the lower oven has 2 standard oven racks.
