Q: QuestionWe have the Bosch 8650/07 series. +9 years old and it seems the circuit board has failed. Based on what I have read about this model the problem seems common & expensive to repair with no guarantees. Has this issue been addressed in the 8651 series?

Q: QuestionWe are trying to install a plug, the appliance will not be delivered until the house is done. I am needing to know where the connection is located so I can put the plug in the right spot. Is it located at the top or bottom?

• A:Answer Hi Ashley. Thank you for your question. The wall oven junction box may be located above or right or left of the unit within reach of the power conduit. The electrical hookup may be located below(depending on space) or next to the drawer within reach of the power cord.

Q: QuestionHi there! Just had the Bosch 800 series double wall ovens installed yesterday. Used it today to try it out and was extremely disappointed in the hot air blowing in my face as I used the controls. Is there any way to remedy this?

Q: QuestionThe pictures show a rack that rolls out. Can that rack be moved easily (no nuts & bolts, just slide it in place) to another level in the oven or is it permanent at one level?
