No, the blower and duct assembly are NOT included. They are an expensive addition and they are required. They are not options as it says in numerous documents.

Due to the many flexible blower placement options for the Telescopic Downdraft System, they are sold separately. These include front exhaust, front exhaust with flexible blower used as an inline option, flexible blower with side exhaust, flexible blower with side exhaust with slim rectangular duct, flexible blower with rear exhaust, flexible blower with downward exhaust and flexible blower with recirculation.
