Hi Gary, thank you for your question. The cooling fan is audible when operating during and following oven usage. Based on description the noise level may be in excess of intended performance standards. If this is the case please contact Bosch Customer Service at 800-944-2904 or your local authorized Bosch repair center for warranty repair assistance.
