“Hi I bought a pair of this speaker, I conect them to my tv audio out outlet. I turned the volume all way up and after a few minutes the volume turned down by itself and keeps doing it when I turn it to high.what would think is happening. Thanks”

The 251 speakers do need to be powered by an amplifier, most TV's do not have internal amplifiers for external speakers.
