- Answer The answer is no. This is due to the new changes of there being no wires. We also thought we would be able to use our speakers for surround to add on, but unable to because of there being no available connection ports.

- Answer Makes sure to download the app, you will be able to adjust how much bass. Once you have the app it changes everything. Mine, as a matter of fact sounds like there is an earth quake every time I am watching a movie.

QuestionI am having issues with the subwoofer popping and cracking when playing a movie... I had the same problem with the previous unit and it was exchanged.... It just started doing it again a year after I purchased... How can this be corrected???

- Answer Hello Robin, Please try to reset your subwoofer as well as your soundbar by unplugging everything from power for a few minutes. I would also suggest to remove any potential electronic devices nearby that could cause interference, such as microwave, smart lights... - Answer Our S1 Pro and S1 Pro+ speakers can have microphones connected to them. Our Soundbars and Bass Modules are not designed for microphones to be connected.
