On the Bose remote press the Bass button, then , press the volume up or down to desired level. Watch the indicator lights blink on the soundbar to see the level you want.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You CAN adjust the bass sound using the remote in 2 ways. Push the button that says Bass and it gives 3 or 4 different levels. The "talking cloud" button also instantaneously adjusts the amount of bass and seemingly pushes voices ahead for when you don't want to dramatic sound, like when watching the news.
