• Just try each one out. But simply fit the ear piece into your ear and then place the flap inside the cartilage above the ear piece. You will know when it fits by shaking your head or jogging and the earpiece stays secure.

• It comes with three sizes of rubber tips to over the ear insert, I found the small to be most comfortable for me.... you could certainly try each to be finding what feels best for you
