• Noise cancellation is done by lowering the world sound setting but it also lowers the conversation. still have'nt figure that out yet.

• Hello SteveG, Thanks for reaching and great question. The ANC technology is a method of reducing unwanted noise. It's most effective in environments with lots of low-frequency sounds. • Would not be good for that application. You can select to cancel noise from behind but if the machinery noise is all around you these will actually amplify that noise.
