Not normally. But if you have a system that can work with a Bluetooth connection- than yes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They pick up the ambient sound and amplify. You select the direction the sound comes from, and the volume. Attaches via Bluetooth to phone, music player, etc. The device "microphones" for picking up sounds are in a collar around the neck. Thus, not too good for a typical land-line phone. Though, one could hold the phone upside down, with the hearing speaker near the collar, and mouth piece in fromt of the mouth to work.

In addition, the best way to control the volume, balance, and tone is with the app. my guess is a land line doesn’t have Bluetooth and can’t run apps, so it won’t have anyway to work. You could always ask Bose in their website, maybe they have a development I’m not aware of. I’m just a consumer with limited knowledge . Good luck!
