my audiologist said ear wax can cause feedback. Solution, clean the excess wax out of your ears using an APPROVED system.

First, make sure that you have the app on your phone or other device and that it’s connected to your hearphones since that gives you the most control. Second, check to see that the earpieces are inserted snugly into your ear canal. Then adjust the volume and bass levels to diminish or eliminate the whistling. The volume/bass adjustment might take some time to reach optimal levels for both. If all of that fails, contact customer service. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That whistling is the feedback of your fingers rubbing against the earpiece as you insert it in your ear. You notice it stops as soon as the earpiece is placed securely in the year. You might try putting the pieces in your ear first and then turning the Bose on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I on a few occasions get an intermitant (every 5-15 seconds ) squeak in my left ear piece on first turnon. I mess with on/off, earpiece, ears and app and it goes away. Not sure why. Suspect maybe something touching microphone grill. Hairy ears??

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As per Bose; because I reached out to them for that very same question, you may need to select a different ear plug replacement. Perhaps a medium if you’re using small or a large if you’re using medium. Secondly this really applies when you have the world sound (microphone) on. If you have the microphone on mute you shouldn’t experience any feedback or whistling noises. I hope this helps.
