“On the Bose 650 does it matter if the center channel is mounted above the TV instead of below it?”

• Strictly personal preference. Most audio experts suggest speakers be installed at "ear level" but since the center channel is the main voice outlet, it would be logical to avoid mounting it too high above the TV. Mine sits immediately below the TV.

• My center channel is below the TV and the sound is fine. The Bose system the 650 replaced, the center channel was also mounted below the TV.
