I have the QC 3 and I have found the QC 20 just as effective on a plane with the benefit of better portability and better comfort.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.QC-15 does work slightly better because it covers around your ears. However, the difference is negligible. I have replaced my QC-15 with the QC-20, and find them to produce similar results. I would recommend that you go to a store and try on the QC-20, because your experience could vary greatly depending on how well the ear-tips fit your ear canals. One advantage of the QC-20 is that when you sleep in flight, you wont have to worry about hitting your headsets against the wall/window/seat or the person next to you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the qc20 is because the driver is 20mm in diameter and I think the qc15 is 15mm in diameter
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I actually think their better in the area of noise attenuation and I find them more comfortable
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your question. The total noise attenuation of the QC®20 headphones is similar to that of the QC15 headphones, though the balance of active and passive noise reduction is different in each model. Both will provide an excellent in-flight noise reduction experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I like to QC20 much better and is very usable on flights.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I've tried both and I prefer the Q20, The noise cancelling effect is almost the same and I found the Q20 more comfortable. Also if you ran out of battery it works (without noise cancelling).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I enjoy the QC20 for flying more than the QC15 for a few reasons: 1) smaller and much easier to carry with you! 2) they have a mic, so you can use them as cellphone earphones and mic, so you don't only pull them out when you're on board and getting into your seat. 3) I felt noise cancelling was on par with the Qc15 in a plane. However, for me, the QC20 has a more noticeable hiss than the QC15
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used the qc20 on long flights from the US to Kazakhstan and they were great. Could use on my droid and the airline video system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the QC20 is the best - I get the same noise cancellation as with the QC15 headphones - without the bulk of the headphones. I love the small size, and the ease of recharging if needed - though I flew 10 hours with them on the entire time and didn't have to recharge. I highly recommend this product!!
