I'm actually using an Android version QC 20 on my MacBook Pro now. Mine is an old MacBook Pro, 2010, running High Sierra. I know this is an old question, but for any one looking for this answer now, the pause button works fine on my Mac. I hit the button, and it opened iTunes, which was not open at the time, and began playing. Hitting the button again pauses the song.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but the headphones' mic and remote won't work. If you get the headphones for Mac, you will have the same issue when using them with Android gadgets. You will have to make a decision based on which gadgets you prefer having the mic and remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The noise cancellation will work on your Mac but the controls will not work. You will have to adjust the volume directly from your Mac.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Alexandra. Thank you for the great question! Yes, the headphones' audio and noise-cancellation will still work with any device that has a headphone jack. The only issue you may experience would be trying to use the in-line controls on the headset, when connected to an Apple (or other non-Samsung) device. Some of the buttons (volume, play/pause, etc.) may not function properly. We hope this helps!
