“Is it normal for the cable to be bent near the battery right out of the box? I noticed that the way it is wrapped in the package may cause this. Is it something to worry about? In my case the cable even has sort of an indentation where it is bent.”

This sounds concerning, and we would like to know if you notice any issues with music quality or active noise cancellation.
