The QuietComfort 20i headphones do not come with an old-style Airline adapter in the case. Most airlines have updated their in-flight entertainment technology to use standard 3.5mm stereo jacks for audio. This makes the dual-mono style airline adapters mostly obsolete. However, We do still have those adapters available for purchase separately through technical support if you need them. Thanks for the question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They do not come with an airline adaptor but that is listed as an available purchase. I don't know if your local stores have it readily available. I have never needed one while flying so did not check it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, they don't have an adapter. If you don't turn on the noise canceling switch, you can simply listen to music or whatever you prefer to listen to through the headphones. However, when you want the noise canceling, you simply turn on the switch and you get the noise canceling benefit.
