What's the difference btwn the QC 35 and the QC 35 ll ? null

The difference between the 2 QC'S is the QC 35 II has the Google command features as far as I know which the QC 35 don't have. But besides that they are equal.

The QC35 Series II has the Google Assistant (GA) functionality baked in as well as a separate dedicated button just for GA (on the left earmuff). It is useful for checking time, getting weather forecasts, getting notified about Notifications, and having your Notifications read aloud to you. You can also make calls and send text messages.

Updates to bluetooth technology, updated comfort and sound quality.
