- Answer I’m my experience the AirPods Pro have an ok microphone and some people told me that the sound quality want that great. With these, I’ve had no complaints and the microphone sounds very good, better than the AirPods Pro for sure

QuestionThe left earbud only shows a blue light in the charger. The right one shows a bright white light. The left one does not appear to work. I purchased them a year ago but just started using them. They are new out of the box... Any hope or just return them? T

- Answer I believe I have seen this question/issue before in the questions and the response was call the Bose customer service center and/or exchange them for a new pair. I would think the sooner the better!

QuestionI hear now you can control the volume on these from the earbud. If you don’t download the app from Bose and just use simple connectivity, could you still control the volume from the earbuds?

- Answer You can adjust the volume on the right earbud. While it does work it seems to be a bit buggy to me. The same goes for the ability turn off the noise cancellation which is done from the left earbud.

- Answer The case is a battery with a power indicator so you can see how how much energy is left. If you charge them for at least 15 min you should be good.

- Answer Absolutely!! I own a landscaping business and I use these for that exact purpose. As a matter of fact, you need to be careful using them. They work so good at noise canceling that you won’t be able to hear rough bearings in a worn spindle. I know this for a fact. We had a worn spindle and these earbuds they cancel sound so good I couldn’t hear it. Only when I forgot them did I realize I had a growling spindle bearing. I run several Gravely commercial mowers and they cancel almost all the sound. And when music is playing, you won’t hear the mower at all.

- Answer Compared to some others I've tried (Galaxy buds, airpods, jabras), I would say they stick out significantly further. It doesn't bother me because they stay put very well and the sound is excellent. I have been wearing them for walks in the Minnesota winter over the last month and they fit under my loose fitting hats really well while still allowing the hat to keep my head warm, and still sounding good. I haven't tried them with a tighter fitting beanie or earmuffs, but I think it might be a tight squeeze. Looser hat works great.
