A:AnswerBoth the QuietComfort Earbuds II and QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are capable of producing the world-class noise cancellation that Bose is known for. Make sure that you're not in Aware mode with the ActiveSense feature activated in the app - this feature adjusts the noise cancellation depending on your surroundings, but isn't the same has having your earbus in Quiet mode. Our support team will also help you, if further assistance is required.
A:AnswerThis will depend on the Bluetooth capabilities of your Apple TV. If your Apple TV supports Bluetooth headphones/earbuds with Bluetooth 5.3 (backwards-compatible) and A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), then yes, you'll be able to connect the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds to your Apple TV.
A:AnswerThe QuietComfort Ultra earbuds have the IPX4 rating, meaning that they are sweat resistant and will also work under a light rain. However, they cannot be submerged in water.

A:AnswerWell, I have this same problem. Bought a pair last September and now in August, the left earbud will not charge or would show as nonexistent. Best Buy told me to reach out to Bose as they are covered under their one year warranty but Bose would only do a trade up. Best Buy is standing by the product they are selling and will try to either fix them or exchange them. Bose is producing sub par products and not replacing them. They want you to “trade up” and doing so costs money. Absurd!
A:AnswerI used them in discord, and the sound quality was not great for the people i was chatting with. The mic was quiet, and there was some strange feedback. Hope this helps in uour decision.
A:AnswerIf your TV has Bluetooth, then yes, you should be able to connect the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds to your TV. Nobody else will be able to hear the TV's sound then.
