• A:Answer The Ultra are better. I had the QC2 and I returned them because I wasn’t very impressed. They weren’t much better than my latest generation AirPod Pros. But the Ultras are definitely an upgrade to me. Really good technology. I love them. I don’t even use the Apple pair anymore.

Q: QuestionHow do I fix the muffled quality during phone calls? Also.. the volume overall when at the gym is really not that loud. I really want to keep these they fit perfect but I hear the other person coming in so muffled when taking phone calls. Please Help

• A:Answer Unfortunately there is no fix. It is a bose defect. I reached out to bose customer service and they offered me a replacement product but the quality was the same. I've read multiple forums and sadly everyone has experienced the low call volume/quality with these headphones. Such a shame that the call quality doesn't match the music quality, especially for the price.

• A:Answer The charging case that comes with the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds cannot be charged wirelessly. However, the wireless charging case (available separately) can be charged wirelessly. This separate case needs 5V of voltage, and a maximum of 1.5A of current, in order to charge.
