A:AnswerHad the same issue on my Sony Bravia 950H TV. Installed a Roku stick and coincidentally my Bose 900 sound bar with Bose 700 bass module have not had any trouble with sound turning off. Also make sure your HDMI cable from soundbar is plugged up into your e-arc TV port.
A:AnswerIt will hook up to two Bose 700 subwoofers, I have them connected, and will for sure hook up to 2 Bose 700 surround speakers I have them as well, and all of them will be synced thru the Bose app. two Bose 700 surrounds are the max as well.
make sure to use the room calibration feature when you remove or add speakers, or when you move your setup.
A:AnswerSoundbar hooks to directly to the tv with a HDMI cable and the sound from the tv will come from that. And if you have more than one HDMI ports you can run the other stuff like your CD player. And when you switch to that HDMI port, The soundbar will play from that port.

A:AnswerIt helps having it connected to Wi-Fi at least to update the firmware on the soundbar and to go through the adaptiq process which makes the soundbar perfect for your room. Once you have those two things done, you don’t HAVE to have it connected to Wi-Fi but if you want to control it from your phone or use other features such as dialogue mode then you’ll need it connected to Wi-Fi to use that feature along with many others.
A:AnswerPlease doubly check your TV settings to ensure that it is set to output sound to the HDMI ARC connection. Make sure that you are using the included HDMI cable in the box, or similar HDMI 2.1 cable to connect the TV to the Soundbar.
