Strong possibility that you may have received a defective unit that was dead on arrival. Double check the connection on the back of the speaker where you plug in the USB-C cord. Then doublecheck the USB-C connection to the wall adapter. You should see lights, blinking on the unit indicating that it’s charging if you do not see the light then the unit is dead. As the last resort, let it sit on the charger for about half an hour, then put your hand on the wall adapter and feel if it’s warm if it is warm, the unit is charging if it is cool to the touch then the charging rail on the speakers circuit board is not sending charge to the built-in lithium battery. At that point grab your receipt Reebok, the speaker and take it back for an exchange or refund.

If your speaker is not turning on, please first check the power outlet you’re using to ensure it’s working properly. The SoundLink Max Speaker can be used both plugged in and unplugged, so kindly also check the light indicators on the speaker to confirm its status.
