“Sound comes out only from Front "Bose" side... Help! After getting this as a graduation present, I've had this for 7 months and I've noticed my speaker lost its loudness. It only plays sound from the side that says "Bose." Isn't music supposed to come out from both sides? What can I do to manually fix this? I wasn't given the receipt... how can I get this checked or fixed? Thank you!”

The speakers are directional. They face the front only (the Bose side). Not sure why they sound more quiet though.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had my Bose for about 1 year and a half now. The sound only comes out from the side with Bose printed on it. The change in loudness may be attributed to a change in the surface you have it placed on. I have had the best results when placing mine on a hard flat surface with a wall about 3-4 inches away from it. This helps amplify the base. I belie the owners manual has the tips.
