• Not sure how would fall out inside a helmet. And as tight fitting as a helmet is might not be that comfortable. If you ride without a helmet as long as you’re not x-games riding , wouldn’t see a problem.

• I found them to be super secure. They aren't 100% flush against your ears so it will depend on how much room or style of helmet you wear. But once they were in, they didnt come out until i wanted them too.
