Q: QuestionWhile calls come from the right ear only, does that apply to YouTube, Netflix, and other video streaming programs? Does not make any sense to me, but someone said that on a Q&A.

Q: QuestionI opened my ear buds maybe an hour ago they don’t turn on or off automatically when placed in the case and I cannot check the battery charge for the case by tapping the front button of the case. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Q: QuestionI use these to play fallout 76 on my PC. My only problem is I can't get it to work in stereo. The stereo name is grayed out and I can't seem to set it active. Can it be set to stereo? How do I get the built in mic to work my PC? I'm running windows 10.

• A:Answer Only Mac PCs will work with both sides. Only right side works with windows 10. For all OS, There is considerable lag (0.5seconds) to be precise. You will be disappointed when playing games.
