Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have these paired with a Note 9 and haven't noticed any volume issues. You may try re pairing the devices, and adjusting the volume on the Bose and the phone. You could also look in the app if there is a volume setting. Hopefully you get it figured out as these are great earbuds.
