“Yesterday my Soundsport Free case fell out of my pocket with the Soundsports inside. I found them around noon which means they have been cooking in direct sunlight for about 4 hours. Is there any long term damage and can I do anything about it?”

I wouldn't worry. I recently dropped one of my buds onto the train platform and it fell onto the tracks....along side a track. It spent 24 hrs there with trains rolling above it before I was able to retrieve it. Works perfectly fine. So if yours were in the case there should be no long term damage. i hope this helps.
