Can i pair this device with my Samsung Smart TV? null

As long as it is Bluetooth capable. I have mine sync'd to my phone, Ipad, and laptop; and have not had any issues. I would say to give it a try, the worst that'll happen is that they wont connect. Once you have connected to multiple devices they will connect automatically to the 1st one it finds starting with the last one it connected to.
