Hi! Thank you for your question. Call audio in one ear is a function of how TWS (True Wireless Stereo) works. The TWS technology that gives you stereo separation over Bluetooth is very adept at synchronizing recorded audio between both earbuds, but is not able to give the same experience for live audio (i.e. phone calls) without a distracting delay. For this reason phone call audio is played out of the primary (right) earbud. I hope this answers your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must always use the right one, it connects to the phone. The left one connects to the right one so it needs to be on. I don't think there is any way to use the left one by itself.
