Yes, they work with the iPhone. I've paired them with an iPhone 7+ and I use them regularly with an iPod. You just pair them using the Bluetooth and you're good to go. Hope this helps.

Yes, you need to download a Bose program to connect and use the "features" I would not recommend this product, for the same price point you can better sound with another product
