Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that happen to mine several times. I mainly used the right earbud. I always put in the right ear bud first and then the left. For phone calls there is no sound in the left. Only for music or videos does the left come on. Press the button on the left to get it to connect to the right. Hope this helps!
