When the headphones are paired to my smart phone the sound quality is excellent. I had a small problem where the left earphone would drop in and out, however, I think that's because I had to keep redoing the pairing. This was not due to any issues with my phone but an issue I'm having being able to listen to media on my Windows 10 Surface Pro 4. I'm currently working with Microsoft to resolve, but as far as working with my phone, I love them and they sound great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yea, music listening and phone call audio quality is top notch. I will warn you currentlly if you are watching something like a video, where audio lag would be noticed, it is pretty bad. Bose has acknowledged this however and is saying an update should be available by mid december, at least that is what I read... So I would still recommend them.
