Yes, if your TV has a Bluetooth transmitter. I use it with Apple TV boxes, Android phones and an iPad. There is a significant audio delay, though, on most devices so the sound and video will be slightly out of sync. This is especially true with the Apple products and occasionally on Android as well.

Yes you can pair them with any Bluetooth device. Just remember to disconnect the Bose from any current connected devices before pairing with the TV. Your TV must be Bluetooth capable to accept the Bose Sound Sport ear buds. Oh by the way they work great when connected!!!!
