“I opened my ear buds maybe an hour ago they don’t turn on or off automatically when placed in the case and I cannot check the battery charge for the case by tapping the front button of the case. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?”

I out the ear buds in and on the top of the right bud is a button. Once u hold it down it will turn in and automatically tell u the charging percentage...
