• Thank you for your interest in the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. To provide some clarification, when you place the SoundSport Free earbuds inside the charging case, the earbuds will power off. Music can be played when you remove the earbuds from the case and pair the earbuds with a Bluetooth enabled device like your phone or tablet. The first time you remove the earbuds from the case, they will be discoverable by a mobile device. The SoundSport will show up in your device's Bluetooth menu to select. Hope this helps!
