“My left earbud won't charge at all, the light it the case doesn't pop up. Only on the right side, and when I press the Bluetooth button it just makes the no dead battery sound. I've only had these earphones for 6 months, I wish I never bought the earbuds”

• Try charging the case also make sure that the lighting cable is working properly to ensure the case is charging
