“Bought the soundtouch 300 and acoustimass 300 over the SONOS yesterday after hearing them in the store. cannot get it to produce sound from TV or TiVo DVR >? tried both the hdmi ARC on the TV and optical on TiVo box still nothing . works with Pandora”

Did you get this issue fixed? If not, are you selecting the AUX or TV (icon) input on the soundtouch remote (upper left corner)? How are you playing Pandora? Maybe you have the soundtouch set to Bluetooth input.

Please try again later.Connect the sound bar to the TV at with HDMI in plug in the sound bar and any HDMI plug in the TV after the cable or channel provider if it is hdmi connected to the tv in another HDMI of the TV. And just turned everything on and lower the tv and see if yr sound comes out by the sound bar. Listen it's easy with bose 100%. You lucky yo buy the product it's the best.
