“I have a mounted smart TV on a Omni mount that extends out and turns from side to side. Can this sound bar be mounted to underneath the TV. I have an accessory that mount to the TV but I don't see any mounting holes on the back of the soundbar.”

I don't believe you can mount it to the TV in the manner I believe you'd like to. It can mount to the wall above your TV with the wall mounting brackets.... this will "block" your bass a bit but if you have the AM 300 sub it shouldn't be a problem.
