“We have a Bose Sub already but it is not wireless or soundtouch. Would we be able to connect this sub to this soundbar or do we have to buy a new one?”

You should be able to bc there is a line in, 3.5mm input on the back of the SoundTouch 300

This soundbar is specifically compatible with the SA-5 Amplifier which will allow you to add additional SoundTouch speakers to your home along with the soundbar. The SA-5 Amplifier will connect with the soundbar wirelessly. The SoundTouch app allows you to control the speakers individually or all together.
