Hi, if you keep switching the Arc stops working since it keeps memory. Specially if you had another device connected to it before the Soundbar. You have to reset the tv and Soundbar and connect them again. Don't connect the optical. Once the Arc connection starts working stay with it! Hope it helped, I had the same problem
