Hello ARCIssues, You may need to go into settings on your TV and turn off the internal speakers. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the Bose does support the ARC port. It took me a while but I hooked the HDMI between HDMI2 on the TV to the HDMI input on the soundbar. You need to go into the TV Sound Settings and pick the sound output to be the HDMI2 output (ARC). On the Bose soundbar make sure the two left most lights are on (One is power and the second is the the button on the Bose remote that looks like a TV)
