Yes, this product can receive a Bluetooth signal which allows you to group with your other SoundTouch speakers using the SoundTouch mobile app for multi-speaker audio.

The SoundTouch Wireless Link adapter allows you to connect non-SoundTouch speakers/systems to your home wireless network. While the adapter can receive a Bluetooth signal, it is not a "hub" like you are describing. It simply allows you to group with your other SoundTouch speakers using the SoundTouch mobile app for multi-room audio. Have a great day! Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support

But for it to work correctly on your home network, you may have to do some configuration on your router. For me, I had connectivity problems when trying to connect multiple speakers until I created static IP addresses for each of these devices. They did not like dynamic IPs.
