I installed it in a 2004 GMC Yukon, so my guess is probably. Like many aftermarket radios, there are usually adapters that are required to get it to fit nicely as well as various wiring harnesses. Usually an aftermarket replaces everything that you had before - navigation, CD, XM. I am not sure about the rear DVD. This unit does not directly support XM. You would have to use a work-around to get it to work (i.e., aux inputs, etc.). The XM would have to be controlled by another user device (cell phone, portable satellite radio unit, etc.). This does have navigation and aux audio/video inputs, so it might be possible to hook up the rear DVD. A professional installer could tell you. You would have to buy a wiring harness that supports steering wheel control to retain that function. For my situation, I bypassed the SWC. The Yukon had OnStar capability and I think that was bypassed with the aftermarket, too. (with a cell phone and AAA, we didn't need that subscription).
