“Will this work in a 2013 Ford F-150 Extra cab and if so will the steering wheel buttons work as they do in the stock system? Will all the advertised features work with this vehicle?”

The steering wheel buttons should work. My 2011 Jeep also has these buttons. I see no reason why there would be an issue with the features, however you should clarify this with the tech’s at Best Buy

Please try again later.I'm not sure if it will work in your truck, but if you look up the product online the site allows you to enter your year, make and model and the results will display whether the BOSS stereo can be installed in your particular vehicle. If the stereo is a fit, the steering wheel buttons and all features with which your truck is compatible should work. I have this installed in my 2018 Ram 2500 and it works great. Hope that helps you decide.
