• A:Answer Hello PGANT, You can certainly use these as fronts and rears provided you have the space and stands for them. There would be no issue having them powered by a Denon receiver such as the 3800 or 4800 as well. This would work wonderfully.

Q: QuestionFor the speakers, they come as is without any cords or amp. I purchased a CDA-4D from B&O, but aren't fully sure how to actually hook everything up. What cords or accessories will I be needing to hook these up to a 16" Macbook (via USB-C or aux).

• A:Answer Hello. The CDA-4D is a custom installation distribution power amplifier, and may not be the best option for your system. It requires you add a pre-amplifier to connect your sources to. A better option would be to go with a Marantz Model 40n or a Marantz M1, as they both fit neatly between your computer and the 706S3s, offer a good set of analog and digital inputs to work with and are easier to operate and set-up given your requirements. Either way, 12, 14 or 16 gauge copper speaker wire of the length you need will be required. We recommend Audioquest for this purpose. For more information, I recommend speaking with a Best Buy Home Audio expert.

• A:Answer Hello, These are able to be used as rear speakers, but we do not design any wall mounts for these speakers and these speakers are meant to sit on a stable surface like the dedicated speaker stands.
