Q: QuestionMy bracketron holder fell off the dash and the sticky part is now fuzzy. How do I safely clean it off so it will stick again. I am in Alabama and it gets really hot here so adhesion is a problem.
Asked by Nomi.
- A:Answer While I'm not in Alabama where it gets as hot as the sun, my grandson's bracketron got dirty while we were trying to install it and didn't stick. I washed it in soapy water, rinsed and dried it and it was good to go again.

Q: Questioni am a lyft driver and have had a terrible time trying to find a good mount for my honda fit! they all don't stick to windshield/dash. so this uses a magnet to attach to dash? is there any way to extend arm? thanks!
Asked by molly.
- A:Answer This question is almost four years old but, for any others, the base attaches to glass with a good suction. Guess it would attach to the dash depending on surface material of your dash. No good for mine. The magnet is for holding the phone to the holder and works fine until heat causes the adhesive between the disk and the phone to become weaker than the magnet, causing the phone to fall off the holder. Work-around is to use a protective case on your phone and just sandwich the disk between the case and the back of your phone.
