• It does not maybe if you leave it long enough and dontclean around it you might get just discoloration from wear.

• It left a bubble from the suction but it went away a few days after I removed it (vinyl dash). It depends on how thick your dash is or whether it is vinyl or another material if it will leave a mark. It did not leave any sticky marks.
