Hi there, thanks for your question. To my knowledge, this mount has a maximum width of 3.5 inches. I've found online that the otterbox defender with an iPhone 11 has a width of 4.25 inches, therefore, it wouldn't fit in this mount. We do offer a larger series called the Mi-T grip which comes in both dashboard and vent applications, as well as several magnet mounts that fit virtually any size phone.
