Yes - holds my gigantic Galaxy note with a huge otter cover no issues. Strong and adjustable.

Yes it will work with yours as it does with mine. Really works great, As with everything they do wear out after about a year of daily use taking the phone in and out several times per day. But it's not very expensive so I just replace it.
